Subscribe to a plan and I’ll set up your personal Trello board. Once these steps are completed, you can start adding request and I’ll get to work. We'll use Trello for comments, feedback, and all other forms of communication.
Most requests have an average turnaround time of 2 business days. More complex requests can take longer, therefore need to be broken down into separate requests e.g. a marketing website vs. a social media post. But don't stress; I can help you break down larger projects into small, bite size pieces that are easier to manage.
In this example, the marketing website would be broken down into multiple steps (requests): site map, wireframes, low fidelity screens, high fidelity screens, etc. You should expect to receive reasonable progress every couple of business days. We can also skip any steps you’d like based on the speed you want to work at.
You'll be working directly with me throughout the entire process, ensuring nothing slips though the cracks.
A senior level designer like myself will easily cost you upwards of $100k, require benefits, vacation days, paid time off, etc. It can quickly add up. Sometimes you need an experienced designer for moments at a time, not 365 days a year. I enjoy the work life balance and you enjoy top tier services at a fraction of the cost. It’s a win win for both!
Nope! Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like. I’ll work on them one, two, or three at a time (depending on your plan). It's always best to have requests in your backlog to keep your projects moving forward, regardless of your plan.
That's fine. You can pause your subscription at any point and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
You may not have enough work for me to fill up an entire month. That's where pausing your subscription comes into play. Billing cycles are based on a 28 day period (4 weeks).
If you use the service for 14 days and then pause your subscription, this means that the billing cycle will pause and you'll have 14 days remaining when you’re ready to continue.
For UX/UI Design projects that require development, my tools of preference include a combination of Figma paired with Webflow. When it comes to any other type of work, it’s usually a combinations of tools from Adobe or Affinity.
Final working files will be delivered in their original formats e.g. .fig, .sketch, .psd, .ai, .afphoto, .afdesign, etc.
Webflow Development is included in Standard and Professional subscriptions and treated no differently as other request i.e. broken down into multiple steps (requests).
Once completed, the website along with hosting and domains will be transferred over to your Webflow account where you will manage it from that point forward. However, you also have the option to continue having me host and renew your domain every year and reimbursing me for the yearly cost (hosting and domain fees are not included as part of your subscription).
No worries! I’ll continue to make adjustments and refinements until you're completely satisfied with the final result.
Requests currently not supported: 3D modeling, complex animation or motion design, visual effects, print design, packaging design or any other form of physical materials. Please feel free to reach out or book a free 15 minute consultation. Let’s make sure we’re a good fit!
Given the high quality nature of the work, you may request a refund within the first week of service. I will refund 75% of the original purchase price (excluding processing fees) and you will retain all work completed up to that point.
Ready to subscribe?
1. Unlimited requests does not mean they will be worked on simultaneously; it simply means you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like. Each request is considered complete once it has been approved, at which point I'll move on to the next request. If you're on the Standard or Professional plan, I will work on a second or third request while you review and provide feedback.
2. The average turnaround time is two business days, though this is not guaranteed and based on the complexity of the request. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm local standard time. US, Canada, and Mexico residents only.
3. Once a request is approved it's considered complete. If you need further updates after approval, you'll need to submit a new request and add it to your queue. You have the flexibility to prioritize your queue based on your most important needs.
4. In rare instances work may be outsourced to help meet your deadlines, but this is not a standard practice. You will still be working with me directly if this were to happen.
5. Requests aren’t limited to creative needs only. Some examples of other services provided are domain transfers, file conversions e.g. Sketch to Figma or platform migration e.g. WordPress to Webflow. Any work related to User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, Web Development, or other web services requires a Standard or Professional subscription.
